Julianne has been a New York actress for 25 years (she arrived at 22, so you do the unbelievable math, and, no, there’s no Botox or Restylane or anything reconstructive at all involved, just good genes and sunscreen), and she has come to represent a sort of domestic, professional sanity in a business often gone mad. She is beautiful but natural, often photographed in jeans, an army jacket, and Converse All Stars, walking her kids to school. “I always say this,” she says, “but it’s because it’s true: I live a very, very pedestrian life.”
